2008-09, during the 23-day assault on Gaza, there is a death count of around 1000 in 2008 and between 1000 and 1500 deaths in 2009.
2010 and 2011 have under 500 deaths per year, but during 2012, during the 8-day assault on Gaza, around 500 Palestinian deaths are recorded. 2013 is the second-lowest point on the map, but in 2014, during the 50-day assault on Gaza, well over 2000 Palestinian casaulties are recorded.
the deaths are under 500 per year with a spike in 2018 and 2019 before the lowest point in 2020. 2021 marks the 11-day assault on Gaza where around 500 Palestinian casualties are recorded. 2022 is slightly under 250, while in 2023 Palestinian deaths are already midway to 500.
the Israeli death count rises slightly above the lowest ever year for Palestinian deaths exactly once, during the 50-day assault in 2014. on average significantly more Palestinians are killed per year than the all Israeli casualties put together.
the injured count is at least 152, 560 Palestinians and 6,307 Israelis.
