I have a special love for end-of-year sunshine. The sun is low in the sky and seems to super-saturate the landscape. The sky is blue and empty of everything but blue, impossibly electric. My shadow flicks along the pavement in front of me and slides up the front of shops and galleries, looking for a new home.
