As an antidote to this moan and this whinge, I can tell you that I recently had a very good experience with GAK.

I bought an Alesis Fusion off them. It turned out to be faulty (keyboard triggering issues) and they sorted it out amazingly quickly and gave me a full refund including carriage! They paid for courier collection as well, I didn’t have to go to any trouble at all. They also responded to email promptly – yep, a music shop that actually lives in the 21st century.

So, I’ll definitely be buying from them again. Full marks, GAK. Turnkey and Digital Village, you can piss off.
